Clare’s joint hurling manager Gerry O’Connor has said the Munster League gives players lacking game time the opportunity to put their hand and stake a claim.

The Banner travel to Waterford on Sunday knowing victory will book a final appearance but their eyes are already focused towards the National League.

Clare travel to Tipperary in Semple Stadium on January 26th as they aim to preserve their Division 1A status and that game is their focus during these pre-season games.
