Clare’s post-primary school sides will not be competing this academic year after Munster GAA decided to cancel all outstanding competitions.
It means St Flannan’s won’t be taking to the field to defend their 2020 Harty Cup title, with secondary schools not set to take to the field again until at least September.
Munster GAA say the decision has been made in light of extended level five restrictions, and in order to bring clarity to students preparing for state examinations.
