Munster Rugby are to wait on the written judgement from the ERC before decided on whether to appeal the 12 ban imposed on Alan Quinlan.
The back row’s eye gauging of Leinster captain Leo Cullen in the Heineken Cup semi-final was deemed in the lower level of seriousness but as it stands Quinlan is out of the Lions tour and unavailable for Munster until the 9th of September.
