Clare GAA’s Games Development Officer is hopeful the addition of strength and conditioning coach Rob Mulcahy to a new initiative can be beneficial to players of all ages.
It comes Clare’s Coaching and Games Development staff will begin a series of online workout videos next week aimed at both primary and secondary students across the county.
Mulcahy has been an integral part of the progression of Clare’s senior footballers over the last number of years.
