One of Clare’s key men is in a race against time to be fit for the All Ireland SHC 1/4 Final meeting with Tipperary.
Tulla’s David McInerney suffered a hamstring injury in training on Tuesday evening and is now rated as major doubt for the game in Pairc ui Chaoimh on Saturday July 22nd.
He lined out in the loss against Cork having overcome a similar injury in the lead up to the game, and this instance will be assessed on an ongoing basis according to management.
