McDermott Hopeful That County Side Can Benefit From Club Success

Clare and Kilmurray Ibrickane football manager Michael Mc Dermott is hopeful that the success enjoyed by the West Clare Club will provide a boost for the county teams fortunes.

The Cavan native led the Munster champions to their first ever All Ireland final on Sunday with an impressive performance over Portlaoise in Limerick’s Gaelic Grounds.

Mc Dermott admits the All Ireland final preparations will delay the retun of the Kilmurry Ibrickane contingent to the county jersey but is confident Clare can reap the benefits from their success.
