London calling for Kilmurray Ibrickane.

It’s just over 24 hours now before Kilmurray Ibrickane will be leaving their base in Quilty to travel to London for the All Ireland Club Q-final clash with Tir Chonaill Gaels this Sunday in Ruislip.

The Clare and Munster champions trained for the final time last evening with hopes high that veteran forward Odhran O Dwyer will be fit to play at least some part in the clash

It’s the first time a Clare football side will have to travel  abroad for an All Ireland club game but manager Michael Mc Dermott feels the players are too focused to let the occasion get to them

The game marks the Tir Chonaill Gaels  thirteenth time of trying to reach an All  Ireland club semi final.

The Exiles are three in a row champions and boast a number of former inter county players in their ranks.
