Clare’s Senior Hurling Manager says he’s pleased with the work his team has put in over a difficult year.

The Banner bowed out of the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship Quarter-Finals yesterday to Waterford after a tough fought battle.

Despite Clare keeping pace for much of the match, the Déise carried a three point lead into the second half that they wouldn’t lose, and extended it to win the game 3-27 to 3-18.
