The man who captained Inagh/Kilnamona to the Clare U21A Hurling title says they used the hurt of last years loss to drive them to glory.

The Combo beat neighbours Kilmaley by 1-18 to 1-14 to capture a second title in the last three seasons and just a third in the clubs history.

Keelan Guylers first half goal along with 11 points from Aidan McCarthy were crucial in helping them over line.

12 months ago saw them surrender their title to Feakle/Killanena and captain Austin Kerin says they were determined not to suffer another final loss.
