Joseph’s Refusing To Be Intimidated By Flannans Ahead Of Harty QFs

St Joseph’s College won’t be intimidated by their experienced competitors in tomorrow’s Harty Cup quarter final, according to their manager.

The Tulla secondary school are into the prestigious competition’s last eight for the first time in its history, and will face St Flannans College of Ennis, who are the Cup’s most successful member, with 21 trophies.

To make their challenge even more daunting, St Joseph’s have yet to win a game this year, losing to holders Midleton in the opener and tying with Bandon last time out – to progress on points difference.
