Irish Women Remain On Track For Grand Slam

The Ireland women’s team which includes Eimear Considine from Kilmihil remain on track for a Grand Slam after a hard fought win over France in the Women’s Six Nations this afternoon.

A second half try from Leah Lyons and two penalties from Nora Stapleton were enough to give the side a crucial 13-10 victory.

The now sit level with England at the top of the table on 14 points.
