It’s set to be a historic day for Clare Camogie.
A first ever competitive fixture will be played at the home of the game in the county when the Banner’s junior side take on Roscommon at Fr McNamara Field on the Quin Road in Ennis.
A new clubhouse with dressing rooms, gym and meeting rooms was already opened at the venue late last year while it’s hoped further remedial works on the pitch will see it become a permanent base for the county side.
