Diarmaid Nash Just Misses Out On Breachach Open Victory

Clare’s Diarmaid Nash came up just short in the Breachach Open in Beragh, Co. Tyrone.

He lost out in this afternoon’s final to Galway’s Martin Mulkerrins 15-7 15-11.

This morning, he beat Monaghan’s Gavin Coyle in the semi-final.

Locally, Conor Downes and Fionn Slattery are the county men’s under 21 doubles champions after they beat Mark Crehan and Darragh Burke 21-7, 19-21, 21-8.
