Clare’s minor ladies football manager has nothing but praise for his team despite them exiting the All-Ireland championship.
The Banner went down 3-13 to 3-9 to Roscommon after extra-time in Tuam Stadium after fighting back from five behind.
Clare looked gone as they trailed 2-10 to 2-5 to last year’s runners-up but forced the added 20 minutes with 1-2 unanswered.
