Walsh Park Not That Big A Deal – Ryan

The Clare senior hurling team will be announced at 9pm this evening ahead of Sunday’s Munster championship opener against Waterford.

It’s the first provincial game in Walsh Park in 23 years and the Deise will be determined to make that count.

But a former Clare All-Ireland senior winner doesn’t think the venue will be as big a factor as some analysts have suggested.
