Whitegate will be looking to build on the positives of their loss to Cratloe, as they look to secure their place in the Clare Senior Hurling Championship.
They face Kilmaley this Saturday in the senior championship losers section fighting for survival.
Despite being considered relegation contenders, Whitegate struck four goals against Cratloe and were level entering the final quarter.
