Broadford’s manager claims their intermediate hurling championship success was down to the winter preparation.

The east Clare side beat St. Joseph’s Doora/Barefield by 0-15 to 1-11 on Saturday to return to the senior ranks.

Five points in the closing stages got the Clare Cup semi-finalists over the line.
