Eight unanswered points midway during the second half have sent Sixmilebridge into a fifth senior hurling championship final this decade.
The 2017 champions came from 0-13 to 0-9 behind to take the lead through Jamie Shanahan, Alex Morey, Shane Golden and Caimin Morey in the final quarter.
Inagh/Kilnamona led for most of the contest and looked in prime position to reach a first ever final when David Fitzgerald, Aidan McCarthy and Evan McNamara gave them a two-score advantage.
But Tim Crowe’s crew seized the initative in the closing stages to run out 0-18 to 0-15 winners in Cusack Park.
