Clare’s Minors Stepped Up To Reach Munster Final – Lynch

Clare’s minor hurling manager insists the players stepped up to book their place in the Munster Final.

A late rally including points from Sean Ronan and Cormac Murphy gave the Banner an 0-18 to 2-11 win over Cork.

Only the victory would do and Clare’s reward is a Munster Final against Limerick in two weeks.

Fergal Lynch says it was a relief after their loss to the Shannonsiders seven days earlier.

The Munster Minor Hurling Final will take place in the LIT Gaelic Grounds on Sunday, 30th June with an 11.30am throw-in.
