It’s D-Day for Clare’s minor hurlers as they attempt to get their All-Ireland title ambitions back on track.

Fergal Lynch’s charges must beat three-in-a-row chasing defending champions Galway by six points in order to advance to an All-Ireland semi-final with Wexford in Croke Park.

The teams have played two challenge matches this year and the Banner prevailed in their last showdown in April.
