Clare Team Named To Face Tipp In 2020 Munster Hurling League Opener

Four players could be in line to make their senior debuts for Clare in this weekend’s Munster Hurling League clash with Tipperary.

Sixmilebridge’s Páidí Fitzpatrick, Liam Corry of Éire Óg, Stiofán McMahon of Broadford and Tubber’s Domhnall McMahon have all been included in the 26-man panel.

The side will be captained by Tulla defender David McInerney.

The team in full is Andrew Fahy in goal with a full back line of Jason McCarthy, Jack Browne and Eoin Quirke.

The half backs are David McInerney, Kevin Hehir and David Fitzgerald, with a midfield pairing of Diarmuid Ryan and David Reidy.

Ian Galvin and Seadna Morey will be on the wings with Niall Deasy named centre forward.
