A former Clare hurling captain thinks Limerick will use last year’s championship loss in Cusack Park as motivation this Sunday. 

The two teams clash in the Gaelic Grounds with the winners effectively secured their place in the championship knock out stages. 

While Limerick won a first All-Ireland title in 45 years last August, their 0-26 to 0-15 drubbing in Ennis was the one blot in an otherwise perfect season.
