Peter Keane Announces First Kerry Team For Trip To Cusack Park

Kerry’s senior football team to meet Clare in the Munster semi-final has been named. 

Peter Keane has made eight changes for his first game in charge from Eamon Fitzmaurice’s last selection in 2018. 

Shane Ryan starts in goal and Tadhg Morley is named a full back.  There’ll be a new line of Gavin Crowley, Jack Sherwood and Shane Enright as the half backs.

Adrian Spillane replaces the injured Jack Barry in midfield and Diarmuid O’Connor is named on the 40. 

Former footballer of the year James O’Donoghue starts for the first time this year at corner forward.

A full back line of Jason Foley, Tadhg Morley and Tom O’Sullivan, 

Gavin Crowley, Jack Sherwood and Shane Enright are the half backs; 

David Moran partners Adrian Spillane in midfield; 

Diarmuid O’Connor, Sean O’Shea and Stephen O’Brien are on the 40; 

And an inside line of David Clifford, Paul Geaney and James O’Donoghue.
