Éire Óg’s football manager thinks Cratloe’s opening win highlights the importance of a good start in the senior championship.

The Ennis outfit make their bow this year against Colm Collins’ charges who were 11-point winners over Clondegad.

It’s the teams first meeting since 2017 when Éire Óg lost by 15 points in the second round.
