Clare football manager Colm Collins says his side showed a lack of energy in their defeat to Meath in the National Football League.
The Banner were two points down at half time in yesterday’s game, but saw that deficit increase to fourteen points by the full time whistle.
It was the squad’s second game in eight days, with some members also in third level action during the week.
