Scariff/Ogonnelloe are looking forward to representing Clare in the All-Ireland senior camogie semi-finals.

Jim Minogue’s charges became the Banner’s first Munster champions in three decades following a 1-7 to 0-8 victory over Tipperary’s Drom & Inch yesterday.

After holding a six-point interval lead, the east Clare side needed two late points to book a meeting with the Ulster winners in January.

Captain Mairead Scanlon tells Clare FM’s Eoin Brennan those scores were important in ensuring they got over the line.

All-Ireland champions Slaughtneil take on Loughgiel Shamrocks in the Ulster senior decider this afternoon.

Throw-in at Páirc Esler, Newry is 1pm.
