Fixture details have been announced for the first round of the Clare Senior Football Championship.
The action gets underway on Saturday next at 2 o’clock in Gurteen, when Éire Óg take on Lissycasey, while Ennistymon are up against O’Curry’s in Cooraclare at 4pm.
Cratloe meet Kilmihil at 4.30pm in Cusack Park and Clondegad take on St Joseph’s Doora/Barefield in the same venue from 6.
And, Kilmurry Ibrickane and Kilfenora meet in Ennistymon at 6pm
On Sunday, Doonbeg square off against Corofin in Miltown from 12pm, St Joseph’s Miltown and Wolfe Tones go head to head at Cusack Park at 1pm and Cooraclare and St Breckan’s meet in Miltown at 1.30pm.
In the intermediate football championship on Saturday, Group 1 sees Clarecastle take on Shannon Gaels in Lissycasey from 6pm, while at the same time St Senan’s Kilkee go head to head with Liscannor in Quilty.
In group 2, it’s a 4 o’clock start in Kilkee, where Naomh Eoin are up against Coolmeen, while at 6pm in Kilmihil, Kildysart meet Kilrush Shamrocks.
