Ennis native Barry Cotter looks set for a move away from Ipswich Town this summer.
The full-back, who’s the only Clare player plying his trade in the English Football League, has just returned to Ipswich following a second loan spell at non-league Chelmsford City.
Cotter has only made two senior appearances for the Tractor Boys since he move across the water from Limerick in 2018.
