Junior Tour of Ireland Returns To Clare

The cream of young Irish and international cycling talent takes to the Clare roads this evening.

The six-day Eurocycles Eurobaby Junior Tour of Ireland returns to Clare once more this year, and sees riders tackle a total of 540 kilometres of roads.

This evening’s traditional opening Time Trial has been replaced by a 48km short stage, in which riders will start in Ennis and finish in Barefield on a route that sees them race towards Gort and Tubber.

Racing starts at the Auburn Lodge Hotel at 6:30 this evening, and the finish at Barefield National School is expected before 8:00.
