Collins Says Clare Missed Scoring Chances

Clare’s Football manager has spoken of his disappointment after Saturday’s defeat to Mayo in Round 3 of the Football qualifiers.

Colm Collins’s side were leading at half time, but two second half goals helped Mayo to an 7 point win in Cusack Park.

It means Clare drops from this year’s All Ireland Championship, while Mayo will go on to meet Cork in Round 4 in two weeks.
