Collins Would Like Six Week Lead In Period Before Intercounty Action

Clare’s senior football boss says he’d like a six week lead in period of training before intercounty matches begin to take place again.

Government has given the go ahead for county teams to take to the grass again from the 19th of April.

What was originally a 20 week calendar for the completion of both the league and the All Ireland championship series for the GAA now looks to be extremely condensed.
