Clare’s under 17 coach thinks their Munster championship success is an opportunity to bring the game in the county to another level.

After two blitz days, the Banner came out on top in the six team competition which included two Cork sides.

With rugby generally associated with cities like Limerick and Cork, Clare’s victory shows the expanding popularity of the game throughout the province.
