Clare’s Oscar Traynor Manager Focusing On Positives After Season Opener Defeat

Clare’s soccer manager says there are positives to take from their opening game of the season, despite losing 2-0.

The county soccer side travelled to Jackman Park to take on neighbours Limerick, with a slightly scaled back team thanks to some Newmarket players fulfilling club commitments.

Goals in either half saw Limerick emerge victorious with Galway up next for the Banner in their final group game, which will be a must-win clash.
