Clare’s Ladies Football Manager has praised his side’s squad depth after a thrilling weekend performance.
The Banner Ladies overcame all odds to progress to the All-Ireland Intermediate Ladies Football Championship Semi-Finals yesterday after a masterclass display against Sligo.
Clare needed to beat Sligo by more than 20 points and for Laois to beat Kildare – Clare’s match ended 7-18 to 0-2 while Laois overcame Kildare by 2 points in extra time.
