The Banner beat the Premier in their All Ireland Qualifier clash in a final score of 2-15 to 0-09 in Claughan in Limerick.
Rachel Lenihan’s first half goal helped the Banner lead by 1-7 to 0-7 at the break before pulling away in the second period, helped by a 1-1 haul from Eimear Considine.
