The Fitzgibbon Cup quarter finals take place today with several Claremen lining out for their college sides.
Both Limerick colleges are in action today – Davy Fitzgerald and LIT entertain UCD while UL take on the defending champions UCC who include Aidan Quilligan and Darach Honan in their starting team.
Waterford IT play DIT and in today’s other quarter final, NUIG play St Patricks College in Galway.

Despite a number of injuries to their squad, the Galway college have won each of their three games so far.
Last week they beat CIT thanks to a late goal from Clare’s John Conlon, who himself is returning from injury
