Clare have picked up their first win of this year’s Ladies National Football League.

Late points from Tara Kelly and Niamh O’Dea gave them a one-point win over Tyrone in Doonbeg and put them back into the mix regarding semi-final qualification.
The teams were level 0-6 apiece at half-time but Tyrone took the initative after the restart with a goal as they went 1-7 to 0-8 ahead.
But Clare responded and dug it out in the end through Tara Kelly and Niamh O’Dea.
