Kilmihil have secured a place in the 2018 Clare Senior Football Championship after victory over Kilrush in the Clare Intermediate Championship final yesterday.
Enda O’Halloran’s side took an early commanding lead over the Shamrock’s, with twelve of their points and a goal from David Egan coming before the half time whistle.
Kilrush had the wind in the second half but Kilmihil’s lead was insurmountable and they held on to take a 1-15 to six point win.
