This weekend’s planned Clare Hill Climb event has been postponed.
The event, due to take place in the Corofin area, has been called off in light of the death of Michael Fogarty in a road traffic accident.
Mr. Fogarty is a close relation to the Chairman of the Clare Motorclub and Clerk of the Course Gerry O’Brien.

There were due to be road closures in place in Moy Hill area of Corofin as a result of the event, but they have now also been lifted.
