Clare GAA Clubs To Benefit From JP McManus Windfall

GAA clubs in Clare are set for windfall of nearly €2,000 each after JP McManus donated over €3.2 million to the GAA.

The Limerick business man made the contribution of €100,000 to each GAA county board in the country and asked that it be divided equally among clubs.

There are 53 clubs in Clare and they will each get around €1,900 each from the pot with McManus saying the money is for the continued development of Gaelic Games in the country.
