Clare Forced To Play Waiting Game Over Proposed Kelly Ban

There’s still no decision from GAA Headquarters about a proposed 3 month ban for Clare defender Gordon Kelly.

The Miltown clubman is alleged to have sprayed water at an umpire in the aftermath of the Banner’s National Football League draw with Tipperary a fortnight ago.

Clare take on Down this Sunday and already have to plan with Jamie Malone who is serving a two match suspension while manager Colm Collins will be absent from the sideline after he was handed a one month ban.
