Clare’s FAI Delegate feels the organisation of this seasons Oscar Traynor Cup has left a lot to be desired.
It comes as the Banner prepare to continue the defence of their title when they take on Limerick at Frank Healy Park tomorrow evening.
Clare haven’t had a game in the competition since opening their account with victory over West Cork last October as the structures were changed mid-tournament.
