The Clare hurling side will be putting the finishing touches to their preparations for their National Hurling League Division 2 final with Wexford this evening when they train at Cusack Park.
Clare drew with Wexford in their group game earlier this year and Ger O Loughlin’s side will be hoping to get back upto to Division 1 at the first attempt with the squad understood to be almost fully fit for the clash in Thurles this Sunday at 5pm.
Meanwhile, former Galway manager Cyril Farrell has told Clare FM that he thinks Clare’s year in Division 2 has been instructive, especially for the county’s younger players.
