Clare Camogie Ready For League Opener With Kilkenny

Clare camogie star Claire Hehir admits the Banner’s senior side didn’t deliver last year as they prepare to begin the new season.

A disappointing All-Ireland campaign saw Clare fail to secure victory in any of their four games – they managed only one draw with Limerick – while the low point was undoubtedly a heavy 25-point loss to Kilkenny.

Now, Clare will go up against the Cats once more as they begin their 2019 League campaign under new manager Ger O’Connell.
