Clare and Tipp through to All Ireland Final’s

Clare are through to the all ireland minor hurling fianl after a 20 points to 2-13 win over dublin.

Niall Arthur, Tony Kelly and Darragh Keane helped Clare to a seven points lead, but Dublin staged a second quarter revival, with scores from Ciaran Kilkenny, Dean Flood and Cormac Costello, and trailed by 0-09 to 0-07 at the break.

Emmet O Conghaile and Cormac Costello grabbed Dublin goals in the second half, but an eight points tally from Arthur secured a Banner appearance in next month’s decider against Kilkenny.

In the Senior Championship, Tipperary will play Kilkenny in a repeat of last year’s All-Ireland hurling final after a seven point victory over Waterford in the semi-final at Croke Park today, by 3-19 to 1-18.

Two second-half goals from Tipp captain Eoin Kelly inspired his side to a fully-deserved win as the Mullinahone man finished with a personal tally of 2-04.
