Munster’s international scrum half thinks their Champions Cup quarter-final victory gives them a lift ahead of their remaining Guinness PRO14 games.

The Irish province face Cardiff Blues tonight in Irish Independent Park as they look to maintain the pressure on Glasgow Warriors at the top of Conference A.

They follow that with a trip to Benetton next week before facing Saracens in the European semi-final.
