Clare’s senior football captain has stated they can’t afford to be below par on Sunday.
The Banner meet Tipperary in the final round of the National Football League knowing they must win to ensure they avoid the drop to Division Three.
Both counties have improved in recent season and the Premier County reached the All-Ireland semi-finals in 2016.
