A two-time former all star from Clare has been appointed manager of the Birr GAA Senior Hurling Team.
Whitegate’s Brendan Bugler, who was part of Clare’s 2013 All-Ireland winning team, takes over the role after working as a selector for Davy Fitzgerald’s Wexford in 2020.
Dave Mannix, who formerly worked as Head of Athletic Performance with Roscommon GAA, will join him as strength and conditioning coach.
