The Chair of Clare GAA believes it’s unfair to ask clubs to report on county teams that have returned to training early.

The GAA have announced penalties will be enforced on counties that begin training before the agreed September 14th return date.

Club teams have been requested to submit a formal complaint to Croke Park, if they are aware of county sessions taking place, but it must come from the official secretary email address of the club.

Joe Cooney says clubs they shouldn’t have to report on county teams breaking the rules.
