Clare’s Jo Keane has missed out on a place in a European under 20 Athletics Championship Final in Sweden.
The Ennis runner posted a time of 2 minutes 13.51 seconds in today’s 800 metres semi-final behind winner Isabelle Boffey from Britain but finished well outside the qualification spots.
Ireland’s Sophie O’Sullivan also didn’t get through in the other semi-final.
